A four day training session
Background: The EEO Counselor is the heartbeat in every EEO program, Federal
service wide. Their professionalism in dealing
with tough issues is only augmented by their
knowledge, skills and abilities.
In order to provide professional counseling services effectively, the EEO
Counselor must have an understanding of all the laws that apply to every
EEO program. The EEO Counselor must develop good problem solving skills
to identify settlement opportunities and be able to present alternatives
to both the management official and the claimant. This course is designed
to certify the EEO Counselor in all areas required by the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission and more.
Training Special: A copy of the EEO Counselor Training and Resource Guide,
which retails for $89.95, is included in the course tuition.
The EEO Counselor Training and Resource Guide is the only guide that includes
all areas required by the EEOC, to include exercises, examples, background
information on each and every law, executive order, and policy inherent
in EEO counseling. Successful completion of an examination is required
to receive the Moore & Associates certification. Moore & Associates
is a certified trainer operating under GSA Schedule 15F0065M and is a disabled
veteran and minority owned small business.
